Dongeun Shin received her B.A. and M.A. in Sociology from Korea University. Her general research interests include gender, work/organizations/occupations, social psychology, and health. Her Master’s thesis examined the effects of organizational characteristics on Korean female managers’ work-life balance. Her current research focuses on job mobility of women and social psychological processes of women's career-related choices.
