Crista is a graduate student in the Sociology Department of Indiana University. She received both her B.A. in Sociology and Education Sciences from the University of California - Irvine in 2020. Her research interests are primarily in race and education, but also include inequality, gender, and class. Her ongoing research looks at public opinions on Critical Race Theory in K-12 classrooms.
