Zackary is a second-year student doing a dual PhD in Sociology and Complex Systems through IU's NSF Research Traineeship program. He uses network and quantitative text analyses to understand the relationships between organizational structure, information diffusion, and decision-making, and how these aspects or organizational behavior instantiate and result from distributions of power and access to resources. Before coming to IU, Zackary completed a bachelor of arts in Biology from Reed College.
