We are delighted to share the news that Sociology grad Annie Russian is being honored with the Latino Faculty and Staff Distinguished Graduate Student Award. The award “highlights exemplary academic work” while recognizing “individuals whose efforts have contributed to a positive campus environment” here at Indiana University Bloomington. Annie’s teaching, mentoring, engagement with the Sociology Graduate Student Association and service to the department is familiar to many of us, her contributions to the College, the Campus and the Bloomington community are a source of inspiration to us all. We are so proud that she is being recognized!
