Excellent news from the American Sociological Association meeting in Philadelphia!
Caroline Brooks won the award for outstanding graduate student paper from the ASA section on mental health.
The section on children and youth gave out multiple awards to IU students, faculty, and alumni. Mai Thai (PhD, 2020) and Hyeyoung Kwon co-won the outstanding article award.
Anna Mueller co-won the mid career award. As an added bonus, Anna was also inducted into the Sociological Research Association, which is an honor society that recognizes outstanding scholars.
