IU’s undergraduate Sociology club
Hello Sociology Alumni! Being a former sociology student at Indiana University Bloomington, you know the importance of creating a community that follows your passions and beliefs. Last year WOKE, the Sociology Club at Indiana University Bloomington, was created for the sociology community here at IUB to come together and discuss what sociology means to us, and to use our student-led platform to reach not only the university, but the Bloomington community as a whole. Being a fresh, new club on campus, WOKE has not fully expressed what sociology is all about and its impact all across the world. Because we would love to further our impact on the IUB campus and the world, we decided to collaborate with the IU Day celebration this year, partnering our love for sociology with the pride of being a Hoosier. In collaboration with IU Day, WOKE is seeking out donations to further the development of not only our club of sociology students, but also the Indiana University Bloomington community. With your help, we can expand our club and program to “wake people up,” and continue to join with fellow Hoosiers to make a difference in the world with sociology.
