Ashley Tatang is a doctoral student in the Department of Sociology. Her broad research interests center around race, gender, labor, and qualitative methods. In particular, she focuses on the intersection of race and gender for Asian women working in feminized occupations. She received her BS from the University of Florida and her MPH in Community Health Sciences from the University of California, Los Angeles.
