Mira Kuzhakhmetova is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Sociology and the Department of Central Eurasian Studies at Indiana University. She received her M.A. in Eurasian Studies from Nazarbayev University in 2022. Mira's research lies at the intersection of race and ethnicity, organizations, social psychology, inequality, and transborder membership politics.
