My research interest is in the area of organizational mechanisms regarding work practices and inequality. I received B.A. and M.A. in Sociology from Korea University. Before the beginning of my master’s program in 2016, I had worked at a private company for ten years. I enjoy watching TV shows and sports games in my spare time. Recently, I like walking as exercise.
