Robert Gallagher (he/him) is a PhD candidate whose research lies at the intersection of education, organizations, policy, and mental health. He received his master's in sociology from Indiana University in 2022 and his master's in applied statistics from Indiana University in 2023. His qualitative dissertation will consider how school staff members work to support the mental health of their students.
