Soocheol Cho is a PhD candidate in Sociology at Indiana University Bloomington. Using primarily experimental and quantitative approaches, his research examines social psychological and broader structural processes that shape gender inequality and how these processes change over time. His current projects investigate how gendered expectations and their intersections with other cultural ideals shape inequality in both access to and the consequences of work–family policies..
