Jess Brantez is a Ph.D. student in the Indiana University Sociology Department with master’s degrees in sociology and applied statistics. Their research interests lie at the intersection of medical sociology, social networks, and stigma. In particular, Jess uses quantitative methods to investigate mental and cognitive health disparities, aiming to inform upstream, evidence-based solutions.
