Kayla is a double major doctoral student in the Department of Sociology and the Department of Criminal Justice at Indiana University. She previously earned her M.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas. Her research interests include multiple (or intersecting) inequalities, gender and crime, bias crime, and communities and crime.
